As a FileCloud administrator, you can update a user's email address when it changes.

After you update the email address, the user's shared files and folder will be updated to display this new email address
To change a user's email address:

Open a browser and log on to Admin Portal.

From the left navigation panel, click Users.

In the users list, click on the row of the user.

Click the edit icon .

On the User Details screen, scroll down to the editable Email box.

Type in the new email address.

Click Save.
