With Version 23.251 of FileCloud, admins have the ability to import users and groups from the Okta, Azure, and Google SSO providers.

On the Settings > Misc > Preview page, you can now choose between the default watermark template, which displays the watermark in one line across a page, and a multiline watermark template, which displays the watermark in repeated lines across a page. You can now also choose the font size of a watermark, and view a preview of a page with the watermark applied to it. In addition, watermarks now support Arabic content.

An enhancement to the eSignature feature now enables users to create a signing order to specify in what order recipients of a document must sign it. The document does not become available to the next recipient in the sequence until the preceding one has signed it. This feature supports assigning multiple recipients to the same position in the order.

With Version 23.242, FileCloud has added a new admin portal interface for settings, which includes a search function. The search function enables you to configure settings without having to know which page they appear on.

The FileCloud Outlook add-in, which will be available in the Microsoft Apps Store soon, has been redesigned to make it simpler to save Outlook attachments to FileCloud and include FileCloud files as attachments or links in Outlook email.

TOTP login is now available as a 2FA delivery method for the admin portal. An admin sets up TOTP login by enabling 2FA for admin login and then choosing TOTP Authentication as the delivery method.

Folder permissions information updated and easy to understand - The admin portal interface for managing folder permissions has been improved to clarify the effective permissions on folders.

Automated workflow feature for copying folder structures -The ability to copy folder structures and permissions makes it easier to deploy content to a new system.

Metadata-based automated workflows - Now, automated workflows can be initiated when metadata sets or metadata attribute values are added to files. In addition, workflow actions for adding and updating metadata values have been added.

Optimized Upload - The upload time for S3 storage has been significantly reduced.

Support for Network Folders with paths over 255 characters - In Windows, FileCloud now supports use of the prefix \\?\ in front of file paths, which enables them to be up to 1024 characters in length.

Secure Web Viewer (Beta version) - File shares that require Digital Rights Management (DRM) can now be created from the Share Link window. When a share recipient clicks the link, they are shown the file in FileCloud's new Secure Web Viewer which has DRM capabilities.

Smart Classification has a new simpler user interface that includes an AI classifier that enables content matching using broader categories.

Advanced Telemetry (collection of product usage data) - On FileCloud installation and update, admins can now agree to share product usage data with FileCloud.
