Minor FileCloud Release 23.241.6

These notes cover the release of FileCloud 23.241.6.28143

To upgrade to this release version, you must perform a complete upgrade of FileCloud.

Hotfixes applied after updating FileCloud to version 23.241.4 must be reapplied after upgrading to version 23.241.6.

Release 23.241.6.28143 includes these fixes.

Server/Online
Notifications	CL-15526	An issue causing toast notifications to not appear if email notifications were disabled has been fixed.
Preview	CL-15730	In the user portal, videos could not be previewed until they were fully loaded. This has been fixed; they can now be previewed while loading.
Search	CL-15634	A problem causing search results of lengthy searches to appear after the search was cancelled has been fixed.
Search	CL-15366	When users clicked the Search again icon, instead of the search looking in the current location, the search restarted and looked in all locations. This has been fixed.
Team Folders, Sync	CL-15717	When a sync a parent Team Folder was synced, the timestamp was not saved on the user portal. This has been fixed.
Security fixes
Send for approval	CL-15715, CL-15698	Send for approval enabled users without share permission to effectively share files with other users. To fix this: A Disable Send for Approval option is now available in policies on the User Policy tab. See Disabling Send for Approval - FileCloud Docs - Server. The file approval option is not available for External users and users who do not have access to share a file.

Network shares, user interface	CL-15705	When a network shares was accessed on the user portal, it was unable to load all results for the listing or could not scroll. This has been fixed.
S3, Azure	CL-15639	When images were uploaded to Azure Blob network shares, the value of the Content Type metadata was changed. This has been fixed.
