FileCloud Enterprise Deployment Support

Requirements

To configure high availability in your environment, the following needs to available.

1. All virtual machines installed with the correct operating system required

2. All virtual machine's networking configured so that they are all accessible to one another

3. All virtual machines should have internet access to install required packages and updates

4. Any required storage (Network or S3) should be configured and ready to be accessible by FileCloud

Configuration that cannot be modified by the FileCloud Support Team

1. Any storage system external to FileCloud server components

2. Any networking or DNS configuration

3. Any load balancer configuration external to FileCloud server
