Your administrator must configure multi-factor authentication to make it available to you.
Your company might require you to use multi-factor authentication.
-
Multi-factor authentication provides an extra layer of security.
-
In order to access FileCloud, you must know not only the password and username for your account but also an extra security code that is sent to you.
If you cancel a login attempt without entering the security code, and then re-enter your FileCloud account information, you will be sent a new security code.
Once you successfully log in, you will not have to enter a security code again unless your administrator deletes your Android from FileCloud's list of devices.
To log in with MFA:
If you have not yet set up MFA, you are prompted to set it up in the web browser after you enter your username and password.
If you have set up MFA in the web browser, you are prompted to log in in with the MFA method or default MFA method you have chosen.
See Log in Using Multi-Factor Authentication for help setting up and logging in with MFA.
