User Authentication Settings

FileCloud provides multiple ways of authenticating a user account. This is applicable for both FULL and GUEST user accounts.

FileCloud supports the following Authentication modes:

  • Default Authentication

  • Active Directory based Authentication

  • LDAP based Authentication

FileCloud also supports Single Sign-on technologies including SAML, ADFS, and NTLM.

Passwords for Active Directory users are managed by Active Directory and cannot be changed directly within FileCloud.
